Just as expected, Texas and Alabama were awarded the best recruiting class after National Signing Day on Wednesday. Ohio State, Michigan, and Florida rounded out the other 3 spots in the top 5. However, the big story of the day is how Missouri ended up signing the nation’s top recruit, Dorial Green-Beckham, who had been recruited since he was a freshman.
He is an extremely athletic wide receiver who is already being compared to Calvin Johnson, AKA Megatron. He currently holds the nation’s highest receiving yard career record, with 6,353 yards. He is 6’6, 220 lbs and is going to need all of that when Mizzou moves to the SEC next season.
Thats one big boy. Never heard of him until this. Hopefully he can make an impact as a true freshman.
Thats quite the honor getting compared to Calvin. Hope he has a great college career and can bring another exciting playmaker to the NFL.
Yeah i hope so, from what I have read, he seems like a stand up guy too. adopted, humble, athletic.
